We are exploring how families of primary school aged children access and navigate supports in Burnie with the aim of co-designing a product to meet community need.
As a part of our work on this project, we had conversations with over 100 families in Burnie about the needs of families with primary school aged children (learn more).
We are now inviting community to join us for the next phase of this project… Co-Design.
Co-design is working together (co) to create (design) an item, activity or product.
We are looking for interested and passionate parents/carers, community members, service providers and decision makers to guide us to our next step in the Middle Years Project.
We’ll use hands-on creative activities, and all the great things we heard from our community to help us with our decisions.
We’re asking people to attend one workshop session to share in decision making. Child minding and morning tea will be provided. Parent/carers who attend will also receive a thank you gift from us.
