10 FAMILIES PROJECT » is using collective impact and a whole family approach focused on school attendance to assist families to ensure that their children remain connected to education.


The 10 Families collective impact working group is focused on developing a culture of working collectively in the services to create change our community through the 10 Families Demonstration Project.

The project aims to work with whole of families to assist children who are having difficulty attending school to remain connected to education. Families work with a key contact or service to identify and achieve their goals. The 10 Families Demonstration Project includes non-government and government agencies and services implementing collective impact in their work.
